Add a negative rapid antigen test result to the Service Victoria app
Add your negative result
You can now easily store and show proof of a negative rapid antigen test in the Service Victoria app. This function is useful if you work at different locations throughout the day and need to show proof of a negative rapid antigen test at each location. Proof of a negative test in your app last for 24 hours then is automatically removed from the app.
Report a positive result
The Service Victoria app provides an easy way to report when you’ve got a positive rapid antigen test result. Open your app and on the home screen tap ‘Report your positive RAT’. This takes you straight to the Department of Health form. Filling in this form lets the Department of Health know you’ve tested positive and helps them know what support you may need. You can also report a positive result by calling 1800 675 398.
