When do I need a Service Victoria account?
QR Check in
Help with contact tracing at participating venues by checking-in with the Service Victoria app.
You don’t need an account. Just download the app, tap ‘Quick check-in’ and scan the code at the venue.
Once you check-in, tap ‘Save my details for next time’. Your name and number will be stored on your device.
If you delete the app you’ll need to re-enter your info.

Your fishing licence
Bought a digital fishing licence? Download the app and login with the email and password you used.
You’ll then be ready to cast off with your digital licence in your phone.
Getting an account
You’ll have the option to create a Service Victoria account after you buy a digital fishing licence, register as a solar homes installer, or take part in the kangaroo management program.
